Today we are going to continue our little Information campaign and discuss it from the perspective of the professional qualification we have. As HR, we believe that we are more than a name, our main goal is shaped by the responsibility we have regarding our candidates.
    Working with people, it is easy for us to identify many of the typologies they are part of, but essentially the basic needs are the same. Many times, we see how fear pushes people in the wrong directions and makes them vulnerable, makes them believe that there are many possibilities, but often the outcome is not one that solves the problem, but amplifies it.
